Through Crisis Case Management and Housing Stabilization, we help people to problem solve. Stress causes our brains to not function at peak performance. Case Management creates connections to supportive services to address the problem and create a plan to avoid future problems. Accessing financial assistance to keep utilities on and/or to avoid an eviction allows people to focus on their health, increasing their income, and become stable.

Homelessness and Hope

Five people find themselves homeless on the streets of Columbus, Georgia. Some are college educated, some are veterans and some have held jobs most of their lives.

One thing they all have in common: they never thought they would be here. As the five cycle through seemingly endless stages of denial, pain, optimism, comparison and hope, their will to survive is put to the test.

Watch their stories.
